1. Can I return / exchange items?

1a. We do not issue returns or exchanges as all sales are final.

2. When will my order ship?

2a. Orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days from the purchase date.

3. Can I cancel my order?

3a. Orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed.

4. Can I add / remove products to my order?

4a. Once an order is placed, we cannot add or remove items.

5. What shipping method is used for orders?

5a. For domestic orders we ship UPS Ground (3 - 5 business days). 

6.My product(s) is/are damaged or missing, what should I do?

6a. Reach out immediately and keep all packaging. We request photos of the exterior and interior of the parcel and all shipping forms.

7. I placed two separate orders, can I combine them for shipping?

7a. We cannot combine orders after being placed.

8. How do I know my size?

8a. In the description of each product, at the bottom will have a size chart with measurements for that specific product.
